John Finnegan, aka Brother Finn (born 24 September 1970) is a distinguished Alumnus of Alpha Delta Chapter, is currently serving as the President of Delaware Valley Alumni Chapter (DVAC), and is an Honorary Brother of Kappa Chapter and also of Alpha Lambda Chapter. He also serves on the Phi Sigma Pi Foundation Board of Directors.

Brother Finn holds the current record for most National Conventions attended, currently at 19. He attended his first Convention in 1988, and has been present at every year since, with the exception of the National Convention held in Annapolis, MD, in 1990.
