In 2009, the Keystone Regional Conference was held at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania on February 6-8.  70 brothers from across the region as well as Phi Sigma Pi region Consultant Krista Kay were in attendance.  The conference's social event featured an Olympic Competition Social where brothers would participate in games such as a tire pull, Simon Says, Tug of War, Basketball Shootout, and a scooter relay.  The Service event featured back pack collection for Teach For America and a Team Building Workshops and a Best Practices Expo were also featured.
