Article Summary: Article XXVI of the National Constitution defines the scope of the document as the supreme Governing Document in force over all other documents and previous versions.
ARTICLE XXVI: SCOPE
All former Constitutions and Bylaws or parts of Constitutions and Bylaws inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
