This is a list of Alpha Rho Chapter Internal Awards. The Chapter has several awards it bestows upon its undergraduate and Alumni Brothers. The selection criteria and frequency of the awards vary, and are described in further detail below.

Chapter Service Key
The highest honor that can be bestowed by the Chapter, Alpha Rho has awarded eight Chapter Service Keys to its Brothers in recognition of outstanding service to Phi Sigma Pi. A Chapter Service Key may only be awarded by consent of 2/3 of the Active Brotherhood.
