- April 24 - Epsilon Eta Chapter founded at Eastern Kentucky University

- June 10-12 - The first Alumni Convention is held in Las Vegas, Nevada

- August 4-7 - Grand Chapter Conference held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Phi Sigma Pi Foundation is formed.

- September 14 - Lisa Ambrosia Howard elected to the position of National President by National Council following the resignation of Kara Domby
