Engaging Alumni for Special Events Roundtable
The Alumni Development Resource Guide is one of several Resource Guides provided as a reference for all Collegiate Chapters. The intent of this guide to add good case studies that are effective for chapter Alumni Committees to use to create a better means of communicating and integrating their own Alumni and local Alumni from other chapters.

Introductory Ideas

These are easy ideas for younger Chapters with few Alumni or more mature Chapters who want quick ways to reach out to their Alumni in between bigger events. These ideas require few upfront materials and can be easily planned and organized by a Chapter's Alumni Committee.

Intermediary Ideas

These ideas require a little more planning by your Chapter's Alumni Committee and may even need some inter committee collaboration. These ideas also will require a little more time and resource investment on the part of your Alumni. These ideas will need to be planned in advance and communicated to your Alumni several weeks, if not months, in advance.

Advanced Ideas

These ideas require a significant amount of planning by your Chapter's Alumni Committee as well as other Chapter Members and committees. These ideas also will require a much more time and resource investment on the part of your Alumni. These ideas will often only happen once a year and so they need to be planned in advance and communicated to your Alumni months in advance.
