The Membership Development Committee is a national standing committee chaired by the Vice President of Membership Development Patrick Herron. The committee is responsible for making recommendations to improve the National Guidelines on Initiation and promote Chapter compliance. The committee works together to review the Initiation Programming to ensure the instillation of Phi Sigma Pi ideals. The committee also is responsible for reviewing and updating The Ritual.
