Early Fraternity Life and Career
Ryan decided to attend the Ohio State University while attending high school at Salem High School in Salem, OH. At orientation he made friends with future Brother Courtney Malenowski. It would not be till Ryan was a Junior and Courtney was Beta Iota's Rush Chair that she convinced Ryan to rush the Beta Iota Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. Ryan became an Initiate in the Alpha Delta class during the Spring Quarter of 2007.
