Regions are required to hold a Regional Conference every year. These conferences are an event that is hosted by one or more chapters within a Phi Sigma Pi Region. The purposes is to have an event that members of the fraternity can gather to exchange ideas and attend informational seminars. Other benefits of the conferences include:
- Developing relationships with Brothers from other nearby chapters
- Building personal leadership skills
- Exchanging ideas between chapters for attendees to take back to their own chapter
- Self/Chapter Improvement
- Discussing local, regional, and National Issues
