Beecher Flanagan (born DD MMM YYYY) is an Alumnus of Epsilon Chapter (Ε 2) at Vanderbilt University and Founder of Tau Chapter (Τ 12) at East Carolina University.

Fraternity Life

Flanagan was a professor at East Carolina Teachers College, now known as East Carolina University, when he convinced a local fraternity Tau Sigma Sigma to seek affiliation with Phi Sigma Pi. They became Tau Chapter.
