History
Formed after the 2010 Regional Realignment, the Lonestar Region Conference would have participation from chapters with in the Lonestar Region (Texas area.) The first Conference was held January 28-30th, 2011 and was hosted by the Epsilon Mu Chapter at UT San Antonio.
