The Bluegrass Region is composed of seven Collegiate Chapters and two Alumni Chapters from Kentucky and Tennessee. This region was introduced at the 2010 National Convention when it was announced that there would be a realignment of regions. Prior to re-alignment, the region was originally a part of the Mid South Region which included chapters from Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
