The East Region is comprised of ten Collegiate Chapters in three states: Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Regional Conference
The East Region held its first regional conference in Philadelphia in 2003. The conference was called SSIP (Scholarship and Service in Philadelphia). In 2006 the conference became the East Region Conference.
