Chapter History

"You are the keepers of the flame that lights our journey. We ask you to keep the flame glowing brightly in your heart to guide others on their own journey...keep it burning in your heart so you may relight the Lamp of Knowledge if called upon." -from The Ritual

The Primary Purpose of the MTAC is to reinforce the bonds of brotherhood built upon the Tripod of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship!

MTAC is striving to do the following:

  • Provide an outlet for those who wish to continue to pursue the Tripod
  • Reunite Brothers who have lost contact with their Chapter and to promote involvement in Phi Sigma Pi
  • Encourage alumni support the Active undergraduate chapters and National Fraternity through monetary and gift-in-kind donations, through event attendance, and through offering experienced advice
  • Utilize the combined efforts of Brothers' individual talents to improve the communities in which we live
