National Membership Development Committee
The National Membership Development Committee was merged into the National Development Committee in August, 2007.
The Membership Development Committee was a national standing committee chaired by the Vice President of Membership Development Patrick Herron. The committee was responsible for making recommendations to improve the National Guidelines on Initiation and promote Chapter compliance. The committee worked together to review the Initiation Programming to ensure the instillation of Phi Sigma Pi ideals. The committee also was responsible for reviewing and updating The Ritual.
