- April 16 - Brothers across the country join the nation in mourning the deadliest mass shooting in US History that leaves 33 dead at Virginia Tech, including Alpha Rho Chapter initiate Erin Peterson and Reema Samaha, sister of Alpha Rho Alumnus Omar Samaha
- April 13 - Epsilon Theta Chapter founded at Georgia Tech

Gamma Theta Chapter receives the only Joseph Torchia Outstanding Chapter Award. Distinguished Service Keys presented to John Finnegan and Carlye Buchanan, CPA. The Jeffrey and Kim Johnson Existence and Expansion Endowment Fund is established.
