The East Region held its first regional conference in Philadelphia in 2003. The conference was called SSIP (Scholarship and Service in Philadelphia). In 2006 the conference became the East Region Conference.

The 2010-2011 Regional Conference will be held April 1-3, 2011 at ESU. The theme will be the Jungle Book.
