The Vice President of Chapter Development (VPCD) is one of eight National Officers of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, known collectively as the National Council. This position was removed in 2018 when the National Council added three Vice President of Development offices.

1 It is unsure as to why James K. Stoner took a hiatus from office. During the same time frame, Eta was in the process of disassociating from Phi Sigma Pi. As Eta's Advisor, Stoner may have taken time off to prevent the disassociation and may have asked a fellow professor at IUP, Stanley W. Lore, to take over as National Counselor.
2 J. Paul Whatley resigned from office on February XX, 2005.
3 Tammy A. Mleziva was appointed by National Council as Interim Vice President of Chapter Development on March XX, 2005 until elections could be held at the 2005 Grand Chapter Conference.
4 Erik "DUFF" Walschburger was elected Vice President of Chapter Development on August XX, 2005.
