The 2013 National Convention was held at the Marriott Downtown Hotel & Conference Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, August 1-4 2013. The event hosted the annual Grand Chapter Conference.
Grand Chapter Conference
Proposed National Constitution Amendments
The amendments from the 2012 Grand Chapter Conference were all tabled to this year. These will be considered in addition to amendments submitted during 2013.
Announcements
Kristie Tingle was elected to fill a vacancy in the Collegiate Member pool that feeds into the Sanction Appeal Board. She will serve out the remainder of the term that ends in 2014.
National Convention
Announcements
National Council announced at the awards banquet that it had inducted Anika Jackson as an Honorary Brother.
Events
There were two Leadership in Action national modules that dealt with Professional Etiquette and Managing Committees and Teams.
