The Mid South Region is composed of eight Collegiate Chapters and one Alumni Association in Georgia and North Carolina. At the 2010 National Convention it was announced that regions were being realigned in order to facilitate better communication and improve regional conferences. The Mid South Region was formerly comprised of chapters from Tennessee and Kentucky. However, chapters in these states were split up to form the Bluegrass Region in 2010.
