History
The Mid South Region Conference is regularly attended by brothers with in the region. At the 2010 National Convention it was announced that regions were being realigned in order to facilitate better communication and improve regional conferences. The following year, the first Mid South Region Conference under the realignment was held at Kennesaw State by the Epsilon Nu Chapter.

- Scavenger Hunt around Athens: Brothers would take pictures in front of well known landmarks in Athens, GA like Sanford Stadium.
- Roundtable Discussions: Held on Saturday, the roundtable discussions give brothers an opportunity to discuss a variety of topics such as Rush/Initiation, Alumni Development, Risk Management, and combating chapter apathy.
- Lunch around Downtown Athens: Brothers had an opportunity to experience Downtown Athens dining at places like Transmetropolitan.
