Delta Epsilon Chapter (Founded 12 April 1999) is located at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. The Chapter was founded by Dr. David Batts and Geoff Weber and is a member of the Mid Atlantic Region. The chapter is currently being restructured and is not currently active.
