Chapter History

Founding

On November 14, 2001, Delta Tau Chapter was founded by Dave Nussbaum and thirty-five others. Dave was a recent graduate from the California University of Pennsylvania and an alumnus of the Kappa chapter. The initial start-up of the Chapter began with a lot of enthusiasm, but after the first year it began to struggle.

Early Years

The chapter's progress fluctuated from doing really well to really poor. The chapter size would grow to thirty or more one year and shrink to ten or less the next.

The Active Chapter

Some of the Delta Tau Chapter on our Centennial

Since the presidencies of Amanda Hackman and Delta Milner, the chapter has really turned around. She focused on reforming the chapter, so that it would continue to be successful. The succeeding presidents have since continued to strive for the chapter's success.
